refactor: make shared_qobject_ptr ctor explicit
...
This turns issues like creating two shared ptrs from a single raw ptr
from popping up at runtime, instead making them a compile error.

Technic: Allow pack API urls to be used in search
...
This mimics the behaviour that the Technic launcher has, and their
website displays API URLs for.
The big benefit of this, is to be able to install private packs now :)
